In this case, please contact us to receive a link to the BAA. By signing a BAA with us, you can collect more detailed data on your website visitors while still complying with HIPAA.
What if I exceed the limit of 500,000 actions per month?
If you get close to the action limit of the free plan during your trial, you’ll be presented with three options:
- Send fewer hits to your analytics (for example, unplug some domains or track fewer events).
- Buy more monthly actions for the rest of the trial period.
- Buy an enterprise plan.
When does my free trial start?
Your trial starts the moment you sign-up. Please make sure to send over a countersigned BAA before you start tracking so that the ePHI you collect is covered by it.
Can I use the BAA-covered free Core plan after the 6-month trial?
Due to the responsibilities and risks of processing PHI and ePHI, our free offer is limited to six months.
